The hotel had a tasty breakfast with a variety of cold cuts, bread and egg and bacon, which left me fully satisfied. its great location near the train station and a supermarket, made it extremely convenient for us to navigate around town during our Christmas stay. We also appreciated the warm and homely atmosphere in the hotel, making us feel welcome and comfortable.

The rooms were small and a bit outdated. there were no adequate heating options, leaving us feeling cold on occasion.

Really comfortable bed, slept like a baby. They started breakfast at 7 on a sunday, so we could make it to the cat show in time. No extra charge for bringing cats to the hotel. Friendly staff. The asian restaurant in the same building is serving really great food! We will be back:)

Aqva is centrally located in the charming city of Mariestad along Lake Vänern. The personnel is excellent and very helpful. Ask for a renovated room, then you get the best value for money. Very good breakfast.

Nice frukost, in a pleasant atmosphere. Staff helped out with any problems I had: connector for charging my apple device, retrieving a lost item, generally helpful. Just a nice walk to the harbor, quiet place.

Angelina is a treasure! Although my second visit, also very late arrival, she left a sandwich for me in the fridge on first floor and tea and coffee making facilities. Very thoughtful!

The location was convenient, within walking distance to the railway station and the area. My room was small but comfortable with good amenities including a kettle and fridge. The breakfast was tasty, and the service was excellent. I particularly appreciated the manager's knowledge of the region's cultural heritage and the biosphere reserve. The quiet location on the lake provided nice views of the water.
